By accessing and using Fairfield Airport Car Service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
Fairfield Airport Car Service provides professional airport transportation services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
3. Booking and Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance have no fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 25% cancellation fee; less than 12 hours, 50%; less than 6 hours, 75%.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. All prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Liability and Insurance
Our drivers are fully licensed and insured. We maintain comprehensive liability insurance. However, passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and any damages caused by their negligence.
