Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations 3-24 hours before receive 50% refund.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance have no fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 25% cancellation fee; less than 12 hours in advance, 50%; less than 6 hours in advance, 75%.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for airport rides, especially during peak travel times. However, we can often accommodate same-day bookings based on availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking.
Do you provide child safety seats?
Yes, we can provide child safety seats upon request. Please mention this when booking so we can ensure availability.
